Tips that make us faster

• Write from the email you signed up with. That lets us find your account right away without extra verification.
• If it’s about a specific game, tell us which one. That one line usually answers half the questions we’d otherwise ask.
• If something is going wrong technically — high ping, dropped matches, anything — a screenshot or short description of what you’re seeing helps us more than you’d think.

Privacy and data requests

If you want to see, correct, export or delete your data under the LGPD (or GDPR, if you’re in Europe), use the same email. We reply within fifteen days — usually faster. The full list of rights is on the Privacy Policy.
